Hi my name is Emanuel.
I am a Fitness, Nutrition and Wellness Coach based out of New York City.
Having played semi-professional sports and having served in the military I know a thing or two about organizing a schedule, committing to a goal, keeping oneself motivated and accountable in order to get results.
While holding multiple certifications in a wide range of disciplines, I specialize in Fitness and Nutrition Coaching, with some of my sub-specialties being Weight-loss, Pre/Post Natal and Corrective Exercise(Pre/Post Rehab) just to name a few.
As your Fitness & Nutrition coach I am committed to helping you reach your goals by designing YOUR personalized exercise and nutrition coaching programs that fit your current lifestyle.
We go at a pace that is sustainable and manageable for you and tweak the program as needed to ensure you get the results you want without living at the gym on chicken and rice. 😉
I've been helping hundreds and hundreds of people for the last 25 years.
The capacities varied from being a regular floor trainer at a big box gym in the beginning, to managing a team of personal trainers as a fitness manager, to now owning my business while still helping and getting results for my people.
Over the years I have had the honor of working and helping hundreds of clients get the results they wanted without giving up their favorite foods or "living" at the gym.

Yes, I am a certified nutrition coach with the world class Precision Nutrition certification and all my programs include Nutrition Coaching.
The programs are designed by me depending on limitations such as previous injuries, goals and needs. In order to help you progress, notes are taken and comparisons are made constantly.
You could but it's not necessary. Our workouts can happen anywhere, from your living room, your apartment building gym, to the neighborhood park(NY).
